Natural Labor Induction

I went to see Anna to help induce labor. Anna was kind enough to fit me into her busy schedule at the last minute. I had been in labor for over 24 hours with inconsistent contractions, so I needed help to get things moving. It was my first time getting acupuncture, so Anna was very nice and sweet and explained everything to me. During my session I was able to relax (and sleep a little bit!), which was so helpful after being in labor for so long already. I was there for about an hour but it felt much, much longer! I woke up and felt rejuvenated. As I was leaving, I felt my contractions were becoming more intense. Within an hour of my appointment, we headed straight to the hospital. Prior to my appointment with Anna I was 3 cm dilated. When I arrived at the hospital, I was 5 cm dilated! I ended up giving birth a few hours later.

I am so grateful to Anna for everything. Who knows where I would have ended up had I not gotten acupuncture. Anna worked her magic on me and it paid off! Thank you, Anna!
