About a month ago I started going to Elements in Harmony in hopes that I could get some relief for various issues I was having, lack of good sleep, hot flushes, toe pain and inflammation due to a bunion and pain on both of my thumbs. Anna was going  on maternity leave within a few weeks of me beginning sessions so I chose to go as much as could before her due date, total of 6 sessions. I can happily report that the pain on both foot and thumbs has decreased considerably, in am sleeping so much better and hot flushes have decreased. I plan to continue to go for as long as I can when Anna returns to her patients.
