This is an ongoing (daily) updated page.  Anna Katherine Navida Dolopo studied with the late Grandmaster Dr. Richard Teh-Fu Tan since March 6, 2006.  She now follows her mentor and colleague, Dr. Eileen Han, Dr. Tan's closest and most direct apprentice.

Anna received her Gold Level Dr. Tan's Balance Method Certificate on April 12, 2012.  She is also a Dr. Tan Ba-Zi Graduate.  ALL of Anna's work has been based on Balance Method since meeting her Shifu.  Much of her work can be found on this website and at moveyourQi.com.
